The client is responsible for all applicable taxes, except those based on our net income.

You may cancel the services by notifying us in writing at least 30 business days in advance.

7.2. Refunds:

  • Refunds will be made in accordance with the terms set out in the specific contract.
  • Services already provided are non-refundable.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Barbara Goretty Consulting shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Barbara Goretty Consulting, its affiliates, and employees from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to your breach of these Terms and Conditions or violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

10. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary or confidential information received during the business relationship and not disclose it to third parties without prior written consent of the other party.

Each party will comply with applicable data protection and privacy laws and regulations, including but not limited to GDPR, CCPA, LGPD, and PIPEDA, as applicable.

12. Dispute Resolution

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Estonia.

12.2. Jurisdiction:

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tallinn, Estonia.

13. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for delays or failures due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including natural events, government actions, labor disputes, or telecommunications service interruptions.

14. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

15. Amendments to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Modifications will take effect immediately upon publication on our website. It is your responsibility to periodically review these terms.

16. Entire Agreement
