Subscription Terms of Service

1.1. Basic plan scope:

The basic plan includes 1 (one) revision per month. A revision is defined as a text or image change on the existing website.

1.2. What does NOT constitute a revision:

• Redesign of existing web pages or components.
• Creation of new components or pages.
• Development of new features or applications.
• Complete website redesign.
• Services requiring access to third-party systems not provided by the client.

1.3. Custom plans:

If the client requires additional services beyond the basic plan scope, BGC may offer a custom plan at a higher cost. The specific conditions of the custom plan, including any minimum commitment period, will be communicated to the client via email before acceptance.

2.1. Available plans:

Plans are offered with monthly or annual billing, in US Dollars (USD) or Euros (EUR) depending on the client's region. Current prices are:

• Monthly plan: $29.99 USD / €29.99 EUR per month.
• Annual plan: $299.90 USD / €299.90 EUR per year.

2.2. Taxes:

Displayed prices do not include taxes. Applicable taxes (VAT, sales tax, or other) are automatically calculated during checkout based on the client's location and added to the subscription amount.

3.1. Recurring billing:

By subscribing, you authorize BGC to automatically charge the selected plan amount through the provided payment method, according to the chosen frequency (monthly or annual).

3.2. Automatic renewal:

Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual) until you cancel it. The charge will be made on the same date of each cycle.

3.3. Failed payments:

If automatic billing fails (expired card, insufficient funds, etc.), Stripe will retry the charge. The client will have a grace period of 15 calendar days to update their payment method. If payment is not completed within that period, BGC reserves the right to suspend the service until the situation is resolved.

4.1. Basic plan — free cancellation:

Clients subscribed to the basic plan may cancel their subscription at any time without penalty or additional charges.

4.2. Custom plans — minimum commitment:

If the client has a custom plan with a minimum commitment period, this will be communicated via email at the time of purchase. Early cancellation of a custom plan will be subject to the agreed conditions.

4.3. How to cancel:

4.4. Effects of cancellation:

• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period.
• The client will continue to receive the service until the current period ends.
• If the client expressly requests immediate cancellation, the service will be interrupted immediately.
• No additional charges will be generated after cancellation.

7.1. Suspension:

BGC may temporarily suspend the service due to non-payment (after the 15-day grace period), misuse of the service, or for technical maintenance reasons.

7.2. Termination:

BGC reserves the right to terminate a client's subscription if:

• The client breaches these Subscription Terms or the general Terms and Conditions.
• Payment cannot be completed after the 15-day grace period.
• The client uses the service in an abusive or fraudulent manner.
